First-time contributor Marcia Tzigelnik shares a terrific project lesson with PCC called the Millifiori And Organza Pendant! This mixed-media technique will give you new uses for your canes as well as adding a lovely pendant to your work. Begin this lesson here! If there’s a favorite design or word you like to carve or put into your clay, or if there’s one you’d like to, but you can’t find the rubber stamp for it, then this lesson from Kathy Canuel is just for you! Use polymer clay to create your own custom stamps for all occasions!  Here's a terrific new tutorial from Mary Lamoray, that, in her own words - "will discuss the underlying concept and application of color layering in Polymer Clay. Understanding this layering technique is essential as a pre-cursor to learning the basics of Clay Painting." Learn these valuable new techniques right here!  We're happy to introduce a new feature at PCC - Foreign Language Lessons! We've added several new translations for your enjoyment, and these are Turkish versions of the TrueLeigh Rose Cane and the Apple Cane Lesson. We also have an Italian version of Leigh's Natasha Technique. The list is beginning to grow, and begins here! We're also looking for people to translate PCC lesson into other languages, so if you are interested please email Leigh or Stephen!  10/9 - The Orlando Area Polymer Clay Guild hosted their first retreat this year, Florida in February, and it was a rousing success! Polymer Clay Central is beginning a new feature - a database and Internet listing of polymer clay teachers from all over the world. The hope of this project is that it will make it much easier for prospective students to be able to find teachers in their geographic areas who can provide the level of instruction they need. Teachers, fill out the easy online form, upload pictures illustrating your classes or your work, and your new Teachers Webpage will be added to the International Directory, making it easier for students and Guilds to find and contact you!
