Tell us in your own words, how you discovered polymer clay and how long have you been using it?

I had always liked modeling clay but it wasn't permanant, so
one Christmas I got some Sculptey III and have loved clay and used it ever
since 1995.
Are there any special artists that you can attribute your interest to or that have inspired you?

Well, not really except I just got a book by Maureen Carlson
that helped me alot.
What is your specialty?

Making marble jewerly and 1" high people (mostly ladies in
intricate dresses).
Can you tell us why you find polymer clay the expressive medium for you?

I've liked to do things with my hands and this just clicked
with me.
Have you published any polymer clay books or do you have any in the works?

nO.
I know it is very difficult to express, but have you won any awards for your polymer clay work?

Unfortunatly, no.
What are your expectations for the future? Where do you hope to be 5 years from now?

Five years from now it would be nice to be in college(!) and
be working with clay as a hobby.
Do you have any advice for the beginning polymer clay enthusiasts?

I say "Do what intrests you". If you don't like to do
people, don't do people. Get good at something you like and then do the
other stuff.
Are you a member of any Polymer Clay group,or any other craft
organization?

nO.
What brands of polymer clay do you prefer and why?

I like Sculpey III and Fimo, for Sculpey III's great choice
of colors and Fimo's wonderful consistancy.
Last and most important can you tell us all about you? Your family, your
training?

I am in a family with 8 kids, me being the 4th. The oldest
is 22 and the youngest is 2. I am 13 and LOVE to read. I am a Christian
