Tell us in your own words, how you discovered polymer clay and how long have you been using it?
I quit my high stress job and decided I wanted to do something from home. I remember surfing the net for fairies. I came across some really nice clay fairies. I thought ok I'll try that. I researched the internet and found they were using Polyer Clay. I tried it and now I am hooked. That was August 2002.
Are there any special artists that you can attribute your interest to or that have inspired you?

I am hoping and praying I will be still be sculpturing and selling my miniature fairies. Not rich but very comfortable in life.

Hi my name is Marigold. I decided to quit my high stress job and do something I enjoy so I am starting late in life for a career change. I have been married to my sweetheart for 27 yrs. We have a beautiful daughter Linda and she gave us a wonderful grandson named Codey. I am self taught on sculpturing my miniature fairies. My mother use to paint on china plates and velvet purse in the late 1950's for a gift company here in Houston, Texas. Maybe I got this artist skill from her. When I was in high school I won awards in my art classes. We used all types of medium. Paper mache, clay and oil paint. Just about everything and anyhting. I really enjoy sculpturing my miniature fairies the best. My huband is behind me 100% even though I haven't sold but a few pieces. Praying that will be changing soon....Thank you for letting me tell you about my life and family. Have a Blessed Day.
