Tell us in your own words, how you discovered polymer clay and how long have you been using it?

I was making a cake for a baby shower and formed a kitchen full of baby faces from fondant icing. My husband suggested I get some clay. I did! That was in June 2009.

Are there any special artists that you can attribute your interest to or that have inspired you?

Mayra Garza, Sherri Williams, Ursula Joseph, Ina Volprich, Kim Van De Wetering and the list grows the more I learn.

What is your specialty?

PolyToddlers - Tots or toddlers sculpted from Polymer Clay without the use of molds. Most of my dolls are 2" to 8" small but I have sculpted up to 22". Children and babies are an amazing Gift and bring such joy!

Can you tell us why you find polymer clay the expressive medium for you?
